Greg was part of my hubby’s surprise 50th birthday last week and helped make it a big surprise. What was an even BIGGER surprise is he shared a couple of things with us as a shared birthday present (it was my 51st)
He said he and the band are seriously talking about doing a “one off” show this summer in Pocatello to celebrate Travelin’ Again since the planned tour was cancelled due to COVID.
And ALSO, that the band wants to release a surprise “four track single” before taking a break. Greg said he was “100% certain” that he wouldn’t get distracted from Ballad of Olsecles the next time the band plays unless “another great idea like Sounds of Travel III comes along.”
Christopherson was there, too. Said there might be a bit of a hiatus after this summer but that unlike with Galore the band are all on GREAT terms (though he feels bad about where things are with Kip)
and that the band will be just one phone call away from hitting the studio to tackle Olsecles
